Service Terms

1. Scope of Service
   AEAC (Apartment Express Air Conditioning) provides air-conditioner cleaning and maintenance services as described on our website or through AEAC’s official communication channels.
2. Service Coverage
   AEAC services are currently available in Jakarta only.
3. Booking & Confirmation
   • Bookings can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or other official AEAC channels.
   • A booking is considered confirmed only after AEAC provides confirmation.
   • AEAC may adjust schedules due to operational constraints and will inform customers accordingly.
4. Payment
   Payment may be required before or after the service depending on the booking/confirmation terms. For certain slots or service types, prepayment may be requested.
5. Site Access Requirements
   • Customers must ensure technicians can access the premises at the agreed time (including security/reception/building management clearance).
   • Customers must ensure electricity and water are available as required for the service.
6. AC Unit Condition & Customer Information
   Customers are expected to provide accurate information regarding the AC condition. If any special conditions are found on-site, our technician will inform the customer before proceeding.
7. Additional Work / Additional Charges (If Any)
   If additional work outside the selected service scope is required, AEAC will inform the customer and request approval before proceeding.
8. Operational Risks & Limitations
   AEAC is not responsible for issues caused by the age of the unit, weakened internal components, or pre-existing issues prior to service.
9. Work Safety
   Our technicians may refuse to perform the service if the on-site conditions are deemed unsafe or not feasible for safe work.
10. Same-day / Emergency Service
    Same-day (emergency) requests can be placed via WhatsApp, subject to team availability.
11. Changes to These Terms
    AEAC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
