Cancellation & Refund Terms

Customer Cancellation
Customers may cancel a booking before the service is performed. Please notify AEAC as early as possible via WhatsApp or email. -
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to AEAC team availability. Last-minute rescheduling may not be possible for the same day. -
No Visit Fee
AEAC does not charge a visit fee. If a confirmed booking is cancelled, AEAC may offer rescheduling so the service can still be delivered. -
Cancellation by AEAC
If AEAC cannot deliver the service due to operational reasons, customers may choose:- Rescheduling, or
- A full refund (if payment has been made).

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be provided if:- The service has not been performed and the customer has paid, or
- There was a payment error (e.g., duplicate payment), or
- AEAC cannot provide the service.

Refund Method & Processing Time
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing time: up to 7 business days. -
Special Conditions
AEAC reserves the right to refuse a refund in case of suspected misuse, fraud, or claims that do not reflect the actual situation.
